restaurants adjust their hours for Christmas and New Year’s; some close completely on statutory holidays,
while others operate with shortened hours.
We highly recommend planning ahead:
– Call ahead to check hours and availability for specialty shops, bakeries, and restaurants.
– Consider making reservations for popular dining spots to secure your preferred time.
– Plan your shopping and snack stops during the day, as many smaller vendors may close early in the evening.
– Take advantage of free holiday parking downtown, available from early December through January 4, 2026, making it easier to stroll between shops and cafés.
