Your Four Season Playground
Lining the longest freshwater beach in the world before giving rise to the highest point of the Niagara Escarpment and continuing into the heart of Apple country… South Georgian Bay is diverse and exceedingly beautiful.
Home to world-class restaurants, lush rolling hills, wooded trails, and stunning shoreline, the region has become known as Ontario’s four-season playground — for a good reason. Collingwood is a nature lover’s paradise at any time of the year. In the winter, downhill skiing at Blue Mountain Resort draws locals and tourists alike, as do countless snow-shoeing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and hiking trails.
In the warmer months, book a tee time at any of the region’s world-class golf courses or embark on a breathtaking treetop canopy walk to see South Georgian Bay from above. Afterwards, make your way down to the Bay for a canoe or kayak adventure, or simply hit the beach to bask in the sunshine.
