Our menu has been carefully curated to enhance your VanderMarck experience. Whether you’re planning slow, cozy mornings or fueling up for a South Georgian Bay adventure, order ahead, and we’ll bring the comfort (or adventure fuel) straight to you — because you absolutely deserve it.
The menu is carefully curated for the perfect VanderMarck experience and includes artisanal charcuterie, cake! (always yes), the perfect breakfast sandwich, lunch, dinner, and more. Craving something sweet or salty? Staying in? The Bodega snack stash was made for cozy Netflix-and-chill evenings. Vegan and gluten-free options are available.
Simply place your order in advance and arrive to find everything delivered and thoughtfully stocked in your suite’s kitchen prior to check-in. Unpack, relax, and let the good part begin.

• Orders must be placed at least 3 days before arrival
• $50 minimum order
