August in Collingwood is one of the most glorious times of the year. The weather is perfect and sunny, which is great for visiting a beer and cider festival. The Collingwood beer and cider festival showcases prominent local breweries, cideries, and a wide array of local food trucks.

Now, Collingwood takes apple season seriously, as you would expect from the apple capital and home of the Apple Pie Trail. With 26 official stops on the trail, take time to meander, visit and pick some apples.
